Introduction

Welcome. This opening section introduces the idea of fierce compassion and offers a gentle place to arrive before moving into the practices. You might like to listen through from the beginning, or simply begin wherever feels most useful today.

These reflections are offered as supportive learning and wellbeing practices. They are not therapy, and they can’t respond to individual situations or provide diagnosis or treatment. If you find yourself feeling distressed or needing more support, please consider reaching out to your local doctor or a registered mental health practitioner. In an emergency, contact your local emergency number or mental health crisis service.
